Software of the Intelligent Safety Monitor

1. Introduction

  Unsafe factors often occur in construction site, such as not wearing a helmet and a seat belt, smoking, making a phone call, andirrelevantpersons entering. Safety managementsees a big loophole, and security problemscannotbecompletely eliminatedonly bysupervision of safety supervisors and the installation of cameras.

  Our intelligent security monitor includes a database for face recognition, and actions in violation of regulations, and alarm input and output interfaces. It is powered by lithium battery with a working time up to 10 hours. The magnetic bracket is easy to be fixed on the equipmenton site. The real-time images and alarm information will be showed and reviewed through the management APP withWi-Fi and 4G network.Whenelectronic fencesare set up,the intelligent security monitorwill prompt security warning forirrelevant personnel entering,and acts inviolationsof regulationssuch as not wearing a helmetanda seat belt, smoking,making a phone call, etc.,and it willimmediatelycapture the images, givealarms and transmitthe informationto themanagement APP.

2. Hardware of the Intelligent Security Monitor

  It comprises a high-definition camera with resolution of 2 million pixels and 30x optical zoom and 4G and WIFI connection functions, and is equipped with 10Ah lithium battery to support a working time of more than 10 hours. It can be connected to the control and dispatch system through 4G, local area network or Wifi to realize mobile monitoring; it can also be used for unattended monitoring. The intelligent safety monitor supports auto focus, two-way voice intercom and 360-degree rotation.

  The intelligent safety monitor integrates strong magnet on the base which can be used to install a tripod or attach the monitor on a ferromagnetic object.

3. Software of the Intelligent Safety Monitor

  After the intelligent safety monitor is connected to the control dispatch system through WIFI, local area network or 4G network, the information about location, real-time video image, violation, etc. will be collected and showed in the control dispatch system. When an abnormal situation occurs, the monitor will give an alarm. The monitoring information can be showed in Web, PC, large screen/TV wall, or mobile.
