Rechargeable Magnetic Flaw Detector

  Variable frequency magnetic detector combines alternating current, direct current, rectified current and impulse current to test flaws in depth and in high sensitivity. It breaks through the limits that magnetic particle testing tools can only detect surface defects of metals, and solves the problem that it is difficult to test thin steel plate using ultrasonic flaw detection. It can work for 6 hours without external power.

1. Functions and Features

(1) Large penetration depth to measure artificial cracks on the surface or 8mm deep from the surface (dimension: 0.1*2*30mm).

(2) Low standby power and high efficiency.

(3) Compact, light-weight, and CCFS-II can be equipped with light and portable probe (2kg).

(4) High sensitivity with clear crack indication on test block type A.

(5) It can tolerate a lift-off (thin paint, coating, etc.)

(6) No requirement of demagnetization.

(7) Can be used with magnetic viewing film to store crack indication for a long time.
