Furnace/Chimney Scanner

1. Product introduction

 The wire rope is fixed at the top center position and serves as a climbing guide track at the bottom center position. The electric climbing mechanism moves vertically along the wire rope and performs a horizontal rotation after covering a certain distance, enabling comprehensive inspection of furnace/chimney walls.

3. Main functions and characteristics

(1) Control system: The controller utilizes a portable control box with an integrated 10-inch HD touch screen Android system control terminal, enabling control over scanner crawling, rotation, zooming, light brightness adjustment, and more. 

(2) Video detection module: The camera employs a 5-megapixel CMOS image sensor, a 20x optical zoom lens, high-brightness LED lighting, real-time HD camera storage capability. It is equipped with optical anti-shake function to enable comprehensive scanning of the chimney wall's appearance and recording of defects. The acquired video images can be screened and analyzed in subsequent stages. 

(3) Safety fall prevention: The video scanner is equipped with two traction ropes and an anti-fall device to prevent accidental falls.

(4) Power module: Responsible for power input and system control. Both the front-end video scanner body and the back-end portable control box are powered by rechargeable 14500mAh lithium batteries that provide up to 5 hours of battery life. Additionally, it can be connected to an external 220V power supply for uninterrupted power supply.
