Unlike industrial videoscope, with which youshoud push the rod into the pipelines by hands for a long distance, pipeline robotic crawler’ easy-to-use menu system, robotic moving, and adjustable speed,mean that it can save manpower and time, whilst it still delivers highly accurate images.

You just install the whole system with monitor,crawler and cable, turn on the monitor, and use the menu to control the crawler to go forward, back, and turn alongside the pipes, even the pipes are bending, and then the camera on top of the crawler will capture the images, and you will see the in-time image inside the pipes cleary on the monitor.

The flexble crawlers also inspect:

pipelines, pressure vessels, equipment,structural parts, etc. in petrochemical, electric power, special inspection,shipbuilding, bridges, construction and other industries.

And they are able to carry additional sensor modules for more detailed inspection.
