Telescopic Detection Pole for Wear and Explosion Prevention

(1) In traditional wear- and explosion-prevention inspection, inspectors need to touch each tube by hand, which relies a lot on the inspectors’ experience and work attitude. Furthermore, they cannot access certain spaces, or they must climb inside by pulling the tube row apart through inverted chain, which not only increases the external stress of the tube row, but also decreases scanning efficiency. Some parts cannot be inspected at all, such as economizer tube row.

(2) The telescopic detection pole, which can stretch from 1 meter to 2.5 meters, and is equipped with an electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge and a high-definition camera on the head, can be used to measure tube wall thickness and display corrosion and abrasion of tube outer wall.

(3) There is an image recording device to record the entire inspection process, and the full inspection work process and content, which can provide information of checking the responsibility for tube burst.
