(1) The X-ray source and the imaging plate are installed on two parallel guide rails, and move synchronously. It will take a shot once in 2 seconds after the X-ray machine moves every 5 seconds. The pictures can be reviewed in real time on computer.

(2) The digital X-ray tool set for small-diameter pipe, which is composed of X-ray source, a guide rail and imaging plate, is compact in design and easy to install. It takes less than 2 minutes for a single person to install the tools. It is suitable for pipes with different diameters from 30 to 100mm. It is adjustable for the distance between the radiographic source and the imaging plate and the angle to the pipe. The guide rail can carry a maximum weight up to 30KG.

(3) Electric guide rails can be used to inspect welds, elbows, etc. in a straight line. The X-ray source can move 1.5 meters long for one installation, that is to say, the X-ray tool set can test welds of 20 water walls in one minute while controlled through management APP on a mobile phone.
