(1) When carrying out magnetic testing on the surface of large pipelines and containers, inspectors need to put up racks, hold the yoke and spray the magnetic suspension manually to observe the magnetic indication, which is labor-intensive, low-efficiency, high-cost and time-consuming.
(2) The automatic magnetic flaw detector we developed has four magnetic wheels so that it can move freely in all directions on containers and plates. It is automatically magnetized through the controller, and the magnetic suspension is automatically sprayed. The images recorded by the high-definition camera will be transmitted to the controller in real time.
(3) It can be used on tubes with a diameter greater than 200mm. The yoke will automatically lower its position when it is magnetized, and will automatically retract when the detector moves on the testing part.
(4) With its high sensitivity, flaws can be displayed clearly on A-type test piece, and the images can be recorded by the camera and reviewed later.
