The inspection crawling robot for water wall is designed to replace personnel to go into water wall. With permanent magnet technology, the robot will be adsorbed and moves on water wall. Through high-definition live image, it can complete floating ash flushing and coke removal, visual testing of pipelines, pipe wall thickness testing, flaw location and other work. It delivers the intelligent all-round detection of the anti-wear and explosion-proof of the water wall of the power plant, which is of great significance to promote the safe operation of the power plant and save the construction period and cost.
2. Functions and Features
(1) Omnidirectional electric navigation and permanent magnet adsorption with vertical magnetic force greater than 200 kg;
(2) It can be equipped with electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge, electromagnetic ultrasonic flaw detector, low-frequency eddy current flaw detector, pulse eddy current flaw detector, and digital radiography system to measure wall thickness and internal corrosion of the water wall;
(3) It can be equipped with high-pressure water cannon (5MPa max.) for soot blowing and coking;
(4) Front and rear high-definition cameras to observe test abrasion and corrosion;
(5) The monitor can accurately control the probe to be placed in the center of the pipe and ensure the proper clearance;
(6) Laser 3-point localization to calculate the coordinate value of the robot on the water wall;
(7) Equipped with anti-falling safety device.
