1. Product introduction

It is designed for inspection of the water-cooled wall, low-temperature reheater, coal economizer, tube panel and other areas where personnel can not enter in thermal power boiler. It can quickly complete tube panel thickness measurement, visual inspection and creep inspection without grinding and store the video and thickness data synchronously.

3、Main functions and features

(1) Video inspection

It has a 5 megapixel high-definition camera and adjustable high-brightness LED lights in the frontto record real-time HD video images for detection of coking, corrosion, damage, large cracks on the outer surface of pipe wall. The inspection data can be stored for later reviewing.

(2) High-precision thickness measurement

It is equipped with an electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness measurement device with detection accuracy of 0.01mm and detection range of 1-200mm, which requires no coupling agent for inspection.

(3) Transverse moving on tube panel

To detect wear and tear, thickness, creep and expansion of heated surfaces, the detector needs to make transverse movement on the tube panel. The detector is designed with double-row staggered rollers to help the detector move on the tubes smoothly. It is also equipped with permanent magnets at the bottom to help the detector effectively adsorbed on the tube panel to avoid slipping and falling.
